Jesus christ, I'd hope things change by that time! It's a hell of a long time to waste if it doesnt.
I realise it takes time to change the game plan under a new coach but Knights got the job partly due to his optimism for the list whereas Hardwick was more critical of it so I would have thought he would have to at least equal Sheeds win-loss ratio from last year and to improve on that next season to earn a pass mark.
