A midfielder who can create things, not a set piece specialist.
Left back needs to be the priority, we've still got so many other positions that need to be improved but players need to go out before they come in. Can't have Rooney, Klassen and Siggy on the books and sign another CAM.

I never said CAM. How about a CM? We don't have any but Davies. Left back is a position of need as well, striker was least important if you can't create chances. Wasted all that time in Sigturdsson

Fat Sam has admitted defeat in finding a left back. Can anyone explain to me what we pay Steve Walsh to do? Don’t think he’s got much right since he joined, he needs sacking. £70m on centre midfielders but can’t find a suitable left back in a year and a half when Stevie Wonder can see we needed one.

Sandro has gone to Sevilla on loan with view of a permanent deal for 9m, We'll make a profit on him but man I think we're massively shooting out selves in the foot. Why give them the option to buy?

Meanwhile it looks like we're signing Mangala on loan, he's left footed but do we really need 6 CB's, after tonight we'll only have 13 games of the season left.

ossie_21 Is all over it Steve Walsh has to go.

Mangala to play the LB position I thought?

Just watch Sandro score a load in Spain and get signed by a Champions League club for a fortune in a few years time.
Can't score when Fat Sam just lumps the ball forward. Remember we have a CL striker in the squad now who doesnt look like scoring.

Mangala is a young Ashley Williams. By that I don’t mean the younger Ashley Williams that was actually good, I mean the current version who is mostly gash but he is younger.

Looks like Mangala in on loan & Klaassen out on loan will be the only business. Anything additional would only be ours like Besic to Boro

He'll probably play LB but just like Martina isn't a left back! The man is like bamby on ice. We pay Steve Walsh all of this money and his given a good amount of players to spend on players and we end up with an average centerback to play at LB.

The mind boggles.

He's at least left footed though...

That is true, something we've missed since Funes Mori got injured.

On Mangala I don't want to sound like I'm competently bagging him out as a player, I'd like us to be aiming for much better targets if we did want a CB however he is 26 and has good level of pedigree. If we did bring him in I'd like to see a option to buy agreed now whilst his value is pretty low incase he some home manged to turn it up.

I just feel we have so many CB's in the squad, we're desperate for a LB and this is the best we can find.

The FA have revealed that Idrissa Gueye has agreed to a new five-year deal with Everton which would see him earn £75,000-a-week.
Although the Toffees never announced the deal, the papers were lodged with the FA on October 27.

Thought this was strange. Only just gone on goal.com yesterday. Any ideas as to why?

No idea why we'd be giving him that much money.

Just days after saying he won’t be loaned out, Lookman joins RB Leipzig on loan for the rest of the season.

What the actual * are we playing at?
