We shouldhave bought him instead of the set piece specialist who only did one thing yesterday. Yes he scored, but **** me for £45m you expect more than a passenger. He's meant to be a difference maker.

I think it’s the way we play as we use the wings a lot, but he usually comes way too deep. Needs to be just behind the striker, Tosun too isolated most of the time because of it.

I’d play Richie & Tosun up front, drop one of Schneiderlin or Gana as they usually just get in each other’s way or are both caught out of position together

We so rarely get calls like that for us, but routinely get screwed by them.

Richarlison does that, you can see the fear he strikes running at players and his skill. Sigurdsson doesn't strike fear into anyone unless the ball is planted on the ground outside the box.

Another short cup run, another penalty defeat. Stek had a poor game with a pissweak effort to save from their only shot on target, Walcott subbed on late & equalised.

Should have prioritised the league cup but made 7 changes, stats wise appears we should have won but until we learn to defend as a team we will continue to battle. 1 clean sheet in 9 games & that was lucky against Fulham.
