According to the manager of Fantasy Football there are four people yet to confirm their place and/or quit their old team:

Also, we have 19 players so that means we need 6 more to make a full team. If these 4 confirm then we only need 2 more. So if anyone wants to join post your height, weight etc. here and Stegelator will recruit you.

Bluemoose is confirmed. I have confirmed. so that cuts it down to :

BomberAUS and DaBomberman
