I have to go another 2 1/2 months without breaking a club before my wife will approve the expenditure for a new club. I still don't like bunkers, but the pitching wedge works so well in the bunker now that I may stick with it (my lob wedge has a similar problem as the sand wedge - I hate my short game...)

What's the handicap Holden?

I purchased a Titleist D2 driver with Aldila Proto ByYou shaft.

Been hitting lots of fairways ever since.

I haven't played any tournaments for quite a while now - even before rupturing my achilles tendon last year. I didn't really have the time and started to really dislike myself on the course, so I reduced my golf to the odd fun round every two weeks or so. I have now played three rounds since being able to walk a course again and am reasonably happy.

I'd see myself around 25 at the moment.

Are you a Goddard or Sam Fisher type golfer ?

I think that Sam Fisher is also on 3 and Goddard plays off 2, so you're in good company. Well done !

I mostly play Sandringham (good for winter) or Yarra Bend (good for summer) with the occasional game on the really good courses (one day, I will take a right turn instead of a left at Sandy...). Melbourne has so many good golf courses and I have so little time.

big muff lol I bet it was fun google image searching that for a pic to put in this thread! My second favourite pedal name after bad horsie which would probably yeild equally dodgy results.

nice choice though, I got my boss ds1 pedal off a mate for 10 bucks who got it off ebay for 5 or something ridiculous and fixed it up a bit. have never trusted ebay enough to actually buy anything myself though.

ebay is okay, i have bought heaps off it in the past but ****** up my pay pal sign up and haven't used it for a few years now.

What i want is too specific so i hope to find it at record sales/stores rather than online
