Can anyone help me and a friend out. We are trying remember the names of the players who got into strife with James one night, they were caught ****ing in the street or something like that. We think one was Trent Hotton and the other we think got the sack before even playing a game. HELP us out, we are goin mad.

Yep. Was Hotton and Ross and the incident took place in Russell St, outside the Greater Union theatre.

Jonathon ROSS what a dud! What about some other duds the pies picked up in the draft from other clubs McADAM from North was another who didn't play a game for us. Can you think of any others? (our recruiting was shocking under Shawy)

Bit harsh on Jonathon Ross. We never really got to see how bad he was!. However, the list of duds is long. Olarenshaw, Francis, Warry, Kinnear, Michael Clarke, Scott Crow, Alex Mcdonald..... You could go on forever. Thats not to mention our own duds like Patto, Brad Smith, Wild etc etc

yeah but the james boys could play. You can forgive a few pub brawls (eg current squad) if they do Ok on the park. I know this sounds very 80's but everyone knows that it's the case.

Was Damian Hulihan a trouble maker? I really don't remember much about him. Other then he was a backman, that wasn't really upto AFL standards at the time.

Damien (nick name Hose) came to us as a forward, he was tried at FF but was too short and was put back to HBF. He played 1 or 2 good games, earlier on he showed a little promise but was never really up to it. He ended up at North.
