Exercising your dog

It's annoying when people go to off lead dog parks & don't like dogs, can't understand why they bother, except to be a pain in the arse. Then there are people who walk their dogs on lead in these parks & get upset when off lead dogs approach their dogs, if your dog doesn't like other dogs getting in their faces, then stay away from off lead parks.

Then on the other hand, you get people who walk their dogs off lead in on lead areas & get upset when told to put their dog on lead, because their dog doesn't like other dogs getting in their faces & could attack their dog.

The usual reply is, well if your dog is aggressive to other dogs, don't take it out on the streets, yep good one morons, you stick to your off lead parks & I will stick to walking my dog on lead in the areas for on lead dogs only.

Anyway, 95% of dog owners have no idea about dogs. Dogs do not attack because they are aggressive, they attack because their owners have no idea about canine mentality. People treat their dog like a child, a dog treats humans like a fellow dog. Behavioral issues rise when the wrong type of dogs assume the role of pack leader of the family. A dog is happy to be the subordinate to a pack leader but stresses, gets anxious and angry when they are the pack leader who cannot control their pack. Your dog barks all day when you are out? Because you are their subordinate and they are freaked out you've left their protection.

Dogs who bark all day when you are out bark for various reasons.

1) Insecurity
2) A neighbouring bark-off with another dog
3) Missing the attention of their owners

But mostly, a dog that barks all day when their owner is out, is a dog doing so because they think that is what their owner wants.

Is there anything worse, when your trying to study, or watch some tv. They can go on for 10+ minutes. Just about every house on my street has a dog as well.

I get pretty face wallabys comming to eat grass and sleep and suckle outside my kitchen window and then the neighboor hood dogs go off and they jump away.
Drives me nuts
