what's the deal with the newsfeed? as i remembered it, it used to show in order from the latest post working it's way down. Now they seem to be all over the place. One that was posted an hour ago is below one that was posted 15 hours ago for example.

is this a 'new' facebook feature?

yeah i've noticed that too. it throws it off a bit.

i'm using FB less and less now

as for the places thing i think it's shit that someone can tell you were you've been. when i was at the sydney test i went with my bro and one of his mates one day. when i went on to facebook the next day i saw i had been tagged at being at the Sydney Cricket Ground.... what if i had chucked a sickie (ok the guy knows i live in melbourne now, but it could easily be done).

When your friends on facebook have relationship break-ups it can be like watching a trainwreck. I'm IRL friends with a guy and a girl who are dating, then they broke up and the guy was posting on her photos saying 'I still think you're beautiful' and generally posting depressing crap. A few days later they're back together in a 'complicated relationship' but still the cyber-wrist slitting goes on.
