Surely we should back the club to retain one of these staff members? Losing Dew and Daly over the summer would be disastrous for the club.

Dew joined us 4 Jun 2024 and we won the first of 9 straight on June 7. Not a coincidence.

He didn't get the Suns to finals but he took them from basket case that was bleeding talented players to a club that had senior players recommit. That says a lot about he interpersonal capabilities.

I would happily have dew as our next coach. Will be shattered if he leaves.

Apparently that is why a few prospective senior coaches have decided to not apply for the Demons job.

Deleted my comment cause I wasn't sure if the Dees were looking at him as a senior coach option or just to help the process in finding Goodwin's replacement. Nevertheless, it's good to have Daly remaining with us.
