This should be enough time for people to make a decision or leave their selection options with someone. Fair enough?

12 hours is pretty brutal... if someone makes a pick at 1am and the following person has already gone to bed, get's up, goes to work and comes home at 5:30pm... those 12 hours have well and truly gone.

Am I the only person with a life in this competition?

Yes jod you are... the rest of us are cyber nerds who love to play dungeons and dragons and our idea of a good time is a 1000 persons lan. We all also know pornstars names by heart, and when we do go to parties where there is alcohol and girls, we wear hawaiian shirts to look cool.

So if you suspect something like that could happen (ie - you're up soon and want to go to bed), leave a list with someone just in case. It isn't that hard.
