I think the ruling should be 24 hours from the last pick taken and then we move on.

Question is, when they return do they
- get their pick immediately?
- get a double pick with their next turn?
- forfeit the pick altogether (and therefore get a final pick at the end of the draft)?

Last pick taken by JW via SH9 was at 10:10pm yesterday.

Just clarify that by making them post it in this thread.

If they PM it to you, you leave, return an hour later and two others have taken their pick in the meantime then it might be unfair.

A whole 24 hours? Surely 12 is more than enough?

Why would they PM it if there online they can just post. Both Shear and the person whose pick it is both being offline for 24 hours isnt going to happen.
