Best wishes to Youngy up north!

Unfortunately he had to start as the sub a record 21 times which isn't ideal for any player. He performed well in finals for us and had that incredible 2016 season.

All the best Youngy. I hope you have a great career in front of you. Thanks for your service to our great club

I didn't mind him as a player but he never really found a way to take the next step. Even when it finally looked like it was all going to click for him in the first half of 2016, he dropped away and then fell out of the team altogether by the beginning of 2017. I would've been happy to keep him but similar to Ah Chee, it's probably better for his career that he goes elsewhere.

Thanks and all the best Youngy :thumbsu:

One of the players I've really enjoyed. But opportunity and lack of injury only came together once, in 2016. Sammy Gray moved in last year and took the spot that could have been his if doors had slid differently. Smart move to extend his career and I look forward to seeing him in China. Best wishes Aaron.

I was really happy to see him blossom when they ditched the sub rule and hoped he would keep it going. Another one that I'm sad to see go but wish him the best.

There's gonna be a few games next year against some ex-players, Bulldogs, Hawks, West Coast, Gold Coast, Saints, but no boo-ing ;)

A favorite of mine but there's no denying that unfortunately he wasn't able to back up his 2016 and fell back to fringe status (iffy role changes notwithstanding). Sad to see him go, especially without any Magpie accolades.

Of all our leaving class this season I want to see him do the best.

No space for him. We can't bring in two guns for his role and expect him to stay.

Good Luck.

A game i'll never forget. Collingwood were already preparing for the semi's. The commentary led by Ling was as biased as you could get.
Didak coming on (early in the 4th?) to 'seal the deal' yet Port wouldn't play to the script. Tommy Logan's tackle :D

Whadda game capped off beautifully by the look on Buck's face at the end.
Oh and let's not forget Eddie Everywhere's reaction

Thanks Aaron and all the best

All the best Youngy.
You've been a great player for our club with a fantastic attitude.
Enjoy the beaches and the humidity ;)

Youngy was my favourite player for a couple of years there. I think he has a lot more to offer. He had a disappointing year this year. I think a fourth round pick is a steal for the Suns.

Thanks Youngie. All the best at the GC and see you in Shanghai. From the first game I saw him play he had some tricks but with a slight body the smart defenders nailed him as he tried some tricky stuff. He was a great super sub clearance machine in the last quarter in 2013 and for part of 2014. Just didnt have enough smarts to be a modern small forward. Had a good 2016 especially first half when we only had 6 or 8 injuries and suspension not 10 to 12.

Took a punt and only signed a 1 year contract, backed himself in to have a big year but it failed. Was going to struggle to get a game in 2018 given who we have brought in. Would have been nice to get a pick in the 40's but thats not his fault.Good luck Aaron.

Always had a soft spot for Youngy ever since he came to my primary school to do a club promotion as a rookie in 2011. Wish him all the best for the rest of his career.

Thanks, and all the best Youngy.
Looking forward to seeing how he goes up there.

His 2016 was good mainly due to opposition teams not giving him attention he deserved up forward. Once they did, his goal output dried up.
Yeah ya can't keep popping up out of the sprinklers before someone turns the tap off
