Ive said since his first game his an absolute star, his only 20 and already one of the better players at a top 4 club. When his 24-25 he'll be on of the best players in the AFL. Great to watch, gonna have a long career at collingwood

More to the point, what stood out about Fas last night was how much confidence he appears to have in himself. He's not the most talented player in the side but you can see the confidence in everything he does. While even Pendles and Sidebottom were second guessing a bit and failing to take first time clean possession, Fas was grabbing everything first time and backing himself. I think that says much about what's wrong with the side at the moment. If more of our guys were backing themselves in and taking clean possession we'd be on fire but at the moment we just don't look like it. On form you'd say the hawks will smash us next week unless Bucks can find some confidence pills for the rest of the side from somewhere!

I know why they have done it but gee it would have been great if he kept the number 35. Daicos is my all time Favourite magpie player and Fasolo while not at his level just has that presents about him and when he gets the ball something happens. Gonna be a great player for us.

great game from Fas, one of the real highlights for me was the head first dive for the ball against myers (who went in feet first which I thought was now banned??????) which showed a desire for the ball and with finals coming up, showed that the here and now was much more important for him.

Anyone notice some medhurst style overhead marking???????

Composure, accuracy, balance.. now that he's a little less starry eyed and more serious about the way he goes about it he really has the potential to become an AA forward..

Agree. Just played such an unselfish game last night and this is really the example game of how he needs to play. Best he has played and the best part about it was the way he made his teammates look better. That's the key and what made it such a special performance.

Agreed he's found the missing element in his game, the ability to add value. Any player that can contribute by enabling their team mates is very valuable and three times as damaging.

Kid is an absolute gun. He gets marked hard because people forget how young he is. Strong overhead, great footskills, I love this kid.
