Shakes, Smoothies, Juices - what do we have?
I usually have one of each most days
Iced Coffee (80 cals, 10g protein):
8 ice cubes
250ml water
125 ml light milk or almond milk
1 egg white
2 teaspoon instant coffee
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
2 teaspoon sweetener
Post-Workout Shake (250 cal, 40g protein)
8 ice cubes
250ml water
125g greek yoghurt
2 egg whites
1 scoop whey powder
Used to juice (horse steroids) from time to time, but cbf cleaning the machine for 10 mins at a time.
My NutriBullet gets more of a run than any other appliance and I find a big shake lasts longer and keeps me full for a decent period.
Don’t mind surviving on iced black coffees during the day, heavily watered down to slowly release the caffeine - at first anyway.
Like adding cocoa to coffee quite a lot. Only 4 cals extra, gives it that nice bitter kick and outwardly tastes like a dark choc mocha.
