Shakes, Smoothies, Juices - what do we have?

I usually have one of each most days

Iced Coffee (80 cals, 10g protein):
8 ice cubes
250ml water
125 ml light milk or almond milk
1 egg white
2 teaspoon instant coffee
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
2 teaspoon sweetener

Post-Workout Shake (250 cal, 40g protein)
8 ice cubes
250ml water
125g greek yoghurt
2 egg whites
1 scoop whey powder

Used to juice (horse steroids) from time to time, but cbf cleaning the machine for 10 mins at a time.

My NutriBullet gets more of a run than any other appliance and I find a big shake lasts longer and keeps me full for a decent period.

Don’t mind surviving on iced black coffees during the day, heavily watered down to slowly release the caffeine - at first anyway.

Like adding cocoa to coffee quite a lot. Only 4 cals extra, gives it that nice bitter kick and outwardly tastes like a dark choc mocha.

30ml tequila
15ml Cointreau
30ml lemon juice
Alot of ice

Blend.
Serve in a chilled glass (no salt) :hearteyes: :cocktail:
You can buy Jose Cuervo sparkling margarita in a can now. They're a bit lightweight though.

But if you take a decent sip first, then top up the can with a shot of tequila, they are excellent.

For either breakfast or lunch;
200 mls almond milk
1 banana
Handful of mixed berries
2 tsp of chia seeds
2 tsp of pysillium husks
1 scoop of protein powder of your choice.

Blend and drink.

Other combos;
Beer and salt and pepper chips
Vodka, soda and lime
Mojitos

I'll keep that in mind.

Best margaritas imo are the ones you dont make yourself (or out of a can). GOAT I had was at a Mexican restaurant down St Kilda way. So smooth.
The worst one I had was at Gold Class cinemas. Absolutely awful, was basically chilled medicine in a glass.

Best value one- TGI Friday's Fishbowl Margaritas. :thumbsupv1:

:beercheers:

Iced tea goes down well
A pot of weak tea in the fridge and drink the next day

Soda water with a few drops of lemon

Old fashioned and the new funky derivatives of it.

In Mexico I was drinking cold water with Mexican Lime (not the regular tahitian lime we have in Australia) sour with a touch of sweet, my tree died last week... :(

I've been going through this over the past few months since I heard about it;

Not quite as good as the real thing but still a good one for having over ice of an evening

Ha I've gone through two bottles of it an bought it as a gift for someone else a few weeks back.
Convenient and an Australian distiller.

The coffee one isn't bad either, if coffee flavoured drinks are your thing

Only if I have the day off the next day. I've tried their two-fold whisky too, not a bad drop

Water, coconut juice, white russian (that'll be me over christmas, have about 50 freshly picked coconuts and a lot of coffee liqueur, vodka, milk, etc.)

In younger days, Cascade Apple Isle and Teh Botol I have fond memories of. Sprite Ice (mint) was pretty cool for a soft drink.

I have my two coffees by 1130am, any later than that and in go the ice cubes. My dad is big into the homemade iced tea, when I visit he usually has a lot of that prepared in the fridge over summer and for when going on outdoorsy activities.
