Watching a replay of the prelim against the Saints, I thought I caught a glimpse of Felicity seated next to Jeff. She had a Hawks scarf on. For some reason I was under the impression Felicity was at one stage No. 1 supporter for the Cats. Can anyone confirm this?

If correct would this make it awkward for them on GF day?

Also, I know a young happily married couple who barrack for different teams. He for the Tigers and she for the Hawks. Moreover, they absolutely hate each others teams with a passion up to the point of barracking for all teams playing against these. Must be awkward on weekends as both are avid AFL followers.

Be interested if anyone out there can clarify the Kennett position and/or has an interesting story to tell along these lines.

Felicity Kennett use to be the No. 1 Female Ticket Holder at Geelong... she no longers holds that ticket though. It is now held by Sally Walker, Deakin University's Vice Chancellor.

I thought Felicity was a hardcore Cats fan... The Kennetts have a holiday house in Apollo Bay (near Geelong), so the connections with the town go way back... Maybe she has come to her senses!

It didnt get him the much needed Geelong seats so he dropped them like a hot spud.

Correct, Felicity being a Cats fan was politically expedient, did help out Jeff though
