The other objection I have to the arguments put in this thread is the hypocricy of the pernicious effect of the slavish devotion to what is called (without any understanding of what it means) "cultural marxism" yet the arguments and resources relied on by the Men's Movement proponents here are materially based on twenty year old arguments made by bitter Seppos like Warren Farrell's ridiculous Myth of Male Power and Herb Goldberg's laugh out loud book The Hazards of Being Male. Yes Yes we mangina, pussy whipped cultural marxists are incapable of original thinking. :drunk:
in English?

I know my Marxism, but I've never read into 'cultural marxism'. Knowing Marxism, I dont see how a very good link can be made.

It's sort like a special needs redaction of Gramsci's ideological hegemony. Rush Limbaugh has argued on his radio show that it is a concept by which the left have perniciously used to brainwash the "elites" into embracing feminism and other threats to Western Civilisation. Cultural Marxism is the term he used - so they don't mean Raymond Williams or Marcuse and the rest of the Frankfurt School which might be a logical way of using it - in the sense of Marxists who analyse culture

You criticise us Mangina possessors on the basis that we are incapable of original thinking because of "cultural marxism" - yet your arguments reproduce stuff peddled in America twenty years ago - its hypocracy

I'm not so sure about cultural Marxism, but I'm seeing plenty of cultural fascism at play in Australia these days.

It's a pity the modern tabloid right think that reading Marx could give them cooties. At least many of the older conservatives could offer a legitimate critique.

The only decent critiques of Marx these days seem to come from post-modern w***ers.

Yep those disgusting Human Rights lawyers and their fancy shmansy international refugee conventions

I have said it many times - Bill Buckley, Fred Hayek and Even Barry Goldwater had all read and critiqued Capital

You haven't said anything, ever, in any thread. Just potshots from the peanut gallery.
I don't need to say anything, other posters are more than happy to project what they want me to say and then argue against that. I believe the term is strawman.

I don't think I have ever said that.
But cool story

I suppose its an ongoing theme - the rubric of cultural marxism prevent us from arguing rationally. Eastern Rangers loves Cultural Marxism

Cultural Marxism has generally invoked a conflict narrative. One could argue that feminism broadly invokes some sort of sexual conflict.

This is generally why I consider MRA's to be feminists they use the same dialectic and engage directly within mainstream feminist discourse. Essentially seeking to shift the idea of equality away from something objective towards something more abstract.

I take this to mean that feminism has conflict at its heart because of "cultural marxism" - "cultural marxism" preordains the sorts of arguments made in defence of feminism

Here is the genealogy of the rights use of "cultural marxism" - it was in one of Fat Boy Rushes books:

I continued reading to find that although 'the name Gramsci is certainly not a household name...his name and theories are well known and understood throughout leftist intellectual circles,' that 'leftist think tanks worship at Gramsci's altar,' and that 'Gramsci succeeded in defining a strategy for waging cultural warfare — a tactic that has been adopted by the modern left, and which remains the last great hope for chronic America-bashers' (p.87).

But you are a straw man. You have nothing interesting to say, like a man made of straw.

If you think feminism is about equality I have some shares in a bridge I would like to sell you;)

Nah as us Mangina having Beta Males who have been co-opted by the enemy say: its about oppressing the poor rich white middle class males who are the victims - the real victims of the feminisation of Western Culture which the invidious spead of Cultural Marxism is propogating

We should have a great hetro man only culture like the Spartans who used to comb each other's hair before battle. The greatest warriors the world have seen - no feminazi crap there - and as straight as they come!
