I've come across people selling diverted patches. I think it's far more likely to kill as an adulterant to street heroin as I think this is more common than diverted patches getting around.

Shit like this has become huge in America because of ignorance by patients and companies taking advantage of it.

Living in Vancouver and this is a massive issue here, and I think all over North America. I dont know a huge amount about it but a lot of locals warn you that the coke is not safe here because its been cut with Fentanyl etc..

Yep. Last I heard there were about 1,100 drug related deaths in British Columbia this year. Fentanyl is killing a couple of people a day in the Province. Apparently starting to see it more and more in Alberta and Ontario too.

Gets laced with meth usually, so the user gets hooked on something they don't realise and chase that dragon all over town trying to find it.
