i doubt this very highly seeing as though it happens every contest...

Well it would have to have some intent about it and go at least 15 metres to count as a kick.

it resulted in a goal, the only way u can score a goal is to kick the ball between the two big posts. shouldnt be any doubt about whether it counted or not.

I say we don't count it as a kick and go around telling people that Fev scored 7 goals from 6 kicks.

Didn't realize I was opening up a can of worms but having done so, I would be interested in when the stats men count a kick off the ground -
obviously when one registers a score
when one is marked?
when one goes out of bounds on the full?
when one is deemed to be deliberate out of bounds?
Anyone who wants to return this thread to adulation for Fev is also welcome to reply

1 goal better than his next best tally of 3 weeks - I believe rounds 10-12 or 11-13 in 2004, I think it was, when he kicked 8, 6 , 7.

I am sure they said on the TV coverage that Feven (or Sevola
) has become the first Carlton player ever to kick 7 goals in a match three games in a row. (Appropriate apologies if this fact has been mentioned elsewhere

Heard he's the first Carlton player to kick 7 or more goals 3 weeks straight, so yeah I'd say so.
