I'm not sure if this is a board decision or a football department decision but i think the board at least need to make thier position known on this issue.
Let me say, i for one am absoultely appalled and disguisted by Fev's actions in Ireland. If we attempt to play this down then i believe we are negligent as a board.
We have been giving the message that we are taking a zero d$ckhead approach to recruiting and list management. Angwin was sacked for turning up to training under the effects of drugs. IMO Fev's indiscretion is far more serious. the drugs are Angwins choice and only effect him, Fev assaulted another human being. Absolutely disgraceful and not the image the CFC want to convey
Fev is too important to the club from a matchday revenue and membership perspective and is therefore only saved from being completely axed by a bees d$ck in my opinion.
I would recommend a series of actions:
1. He is immediatley removed from any virtual captaincy role or role in the leadership group.
2. A very large fine is imposed
3. Shane Sullivan convinces Fev to go into therapy (NOT anger management courses), however for the sake of the media we will say he is going to anger management training!!
4. It is made very clear that he has now moved into a ZERO tolerance zone. Any further serious indiscretion and the club will be forced to sack him.
5. We look into taking some action to appease the other parties involved.
This may seem harsh, but we would be negligent not to reccomend such a serious course of action. The action is designed with regard to both player welfare and to maintaining the image of the CFC as a professional body.
