From memory it took me about 7-10 games to make it to captain of the Ressies and then get elevated to the senior team about 2 games later, that is with consistently good form too.

I've been playing on Professional difficulty, I have moved it to World Class for a couple of games, but at the moment Professional is best for me, World Class seems to really make it tough for your player to move and get free, and my stamina isn't at the elite level yet, so might wait until I dominate Professional until I move it up.

Playing BAP there are so many moments when you think "Boy this would transfer SO well to an AFL game", just need someone to make an AFL game and then add something like BAP.
 
u really need to bump BAP into World Class guys... it gives the 4 seasons feature lots more value, cus in WC you get less points... but god its awesome when u have an awesome game. way more rewarding. some of u prbly read my story about the game against New Zealand. biggest highlight for me so far ey.

Be A Pro is way better... such as starting off in Reserves, getting National selection etc and has 4 seasons

Online has now got Clubs and Be a Pro co-op mode (10 vs. 10)

I started my BAP career with Birmingham as a CF on world class...

After 8-9 games i was captain of the reserves and then after 15 games the coach said that i am a regular squad member...

Highlight so far on BAP, 3 goals against Bristol City on my first team debut..

Im on top for goal scorers..

I accidently left my country on England lol...so i don't know how im going to get called up into that squad..

One question when people were creating their players, did their last name happen to be on the commentry list? i wished mine was :(

nahh mine wasnt.
my first name chris is the last name of that Cris guy i think he plays for JAP or something and they dont have JAP or the J-League on FIFA yet which is extremely suprising and somewhat dissapointing when considering the amount of ppl that would own consoles and be into soccer in JAP.

It is a bit different though, at the start you select one player.. but before each game you go to a player select so you can both choose different players each game. Your original player is the only one that can be selected as captain etc though.

edit: just read HBK's post... we did this offline not online.. I'm not sure how it will work online. apparently you can play ranked and unranked co-op games online though

I have figured that I will be doing this now, as last night I won a game on BAP 7-0 and I got 4 goals, fun to do, but it is a no contest.

World Class will be alot tougher.

I can see myself moving to World Class in BAP very soon I think. Some games I feel like I've hardly touched the ball yet my rating was pretty good and it's very rare I don't score in a game.

I'm yet to play any match on WC so it should be a good challenge.

Yeah, well I am playing as a CAM and still scoring plenty of goals, and consequently am leading the league in scores with 7 goals from 8 matches(4 goals ahead of the next best), I feel as if I am cheating myself a bit just to score goals, I want to be challenged.

Well I played online for the first time in almost a week tonight and I think I am over it.

It is so damn boring. As soon as the team select screen pops up the other ********** chooses Man Utd straight away. It is crap, how the hell can these little ****wits get so much enjoyment from playing as United every single time?

I bet 95% of matches are Man Utd vs Man Utd.
 
Weird ive played 30 odd games online n in no more than 5 of them have the opponent picked Man Utd..

However since i always pick Argentina i find the opposing player decides to go international as well but then i get stuck with facing Spain 95% of the time which sucks as well...
But for the most part ur rite RoosterLad, in my 30 odd games i estimate that ive played about 5 diffrent teams :(, but oh well wat can u do u cant really force any1 to choose a diffrent team

can you leave the game when you see them pick MU?

u can cancel earlier than that. dont even start the game, thats what i do. as soon as they scroll to Man U, jst leave.

The rules state however that u can leave within the first 15mins of Real game time without suffering a loss 3-0, however, it still goes towards your DNF%.

I'm not sure if I mentioned it on here already but one of the most enjoyable games I've had online was when my opponent chose Sturm Graz! I was in shock and chose the Dutch side Heracles and lost but games like that are awesome.

Better than being only top sides all the time.

it is good... but the only bad thing is the drop in quality. its shits me when ur strikers repeatadly miss the goals.
