Manual shooting is way too hard, no idea how to use it.

Yeah it's too hard.

Everything set to semi assisted would make the game much better but EA want to keep it simple for casual players.

Why the **** is the scoreboard left on the screen for so long after a goal is scored? Flash it up, and piss it off as soon as play resumes. Takes up far too much of the screen.

Fixing refereeing would be good too. So many bullshit goals go against you it isn't funny.

That's because of assisted shooting.

On manual and semi assisted it's not the same goal over and over again.

It kind of is. No matter how many times I attempt it, I'm never going to score from midfield, ala David Beckham. Not against the AI, anyway. And there are tons of other angles, too, that seem nigh-on-impossible to score from. Even on manual, it feels scripted. The AI in general feels very scripted.

I'd really just like to have better control over my AI teammates, and see and feel more emphasis on ball control and ball movement. And an addition to walk the ball instead of that awkward slow dribble.

Yep quite annoying if you want to pass the ball to the bottom of the screen and you don't know whether there is a player there or not.

They should piss off the pregame animations for online matches too. Nothing makes me rage more than sitting through ten minutes of players shaking hands and team lineups.

Just make an option to skip all that shit please.

I meant as an option in the search settings before you look for an opponent.

Spot on, I've loved the mixes they've had the last couple of years. I think they've figured out finding the right balance between mainstream music and some of the more obscure songs.

That's a good way of putting it. Took me ages until I ended up liking the soundtrack so I'll remember to not be too quick to judge this time.

Their menus are horrible. One thing that was so good about PES, it was so speedy, no lag at all. I mean they didn't look great, but god it was easy to get around.

My biggest issue in career mode was with the scouting.

Using Leicester, all I had to do was set up various scouts and almost all of the ones signed end up being worth a fortune. Went from a small budget to having 100 mil just by selling 4 players that came through that network. I'm talking about Leicester, not United or something. Its not anywhere near realistic that they should get anywhere near that amount.

Having said that, no matter what they bring out, I'll buy it.

If they are going to persist with OP lofted through balls, for the love of God, stop making defenders go ******ed when the ball is in the air! Why must my defender always stop dead, or run at right angles from the contest when a 76-rated speed demon with no other redeeming features can make a perfect run, with a delicate touch and slot the perfect shot past my 87+ rated keeper?

There are so many flaws in the series but something keeps bringing me back for more.

You could just imagine how good it would be if the flaws were ironed out.

Weird as I hated the 13 soundtrack after about a month whereas I loved the 12 soundtrack and can still listen to it today. 05 soundtrack was great
