Not necessary and Jack's better than that with better things to think about. Responding to Maclure would be like abusing the dog turd that you just found on your lawn. Clear it away and move on. Thats how much relevance the bloke has, just isn't worth the effort.

Nice to see Sam Edmund has done his research before writing this article. He could teach some other journalists a thing or two.
You always know Jack will give your team 100% but sometimes his passion gets misinterpreted by the media. I would rather a player that cares about his team and will let his emotions known, rather than someone who is robot like and is disinterested about his team.
Jack is one of the best forwards in the game and I expect he will take his game to another level this year.

McClure is the attention seeking primma Donna... clearly at the bottom of the pecking order int he AFL media, so his only way to het any attention is to slag off a player fromt he second largest club in the comp... he will at least get a few hundred thousand people listen to him for a few minutes
