In summary, his previous poor record means his penalty cannot be reduced from a one-game sanction.
The incident was assessed as reckless conduct (two points), medium impact (two points), in play (no points) and body contact (one point). This is a total of five activation points, which relates to a Level Two offence, drawing 125 points and a one-match sanction.
