I've been a Firefox user for a few years now and downloaded the latest Version 4 thinking that every new version has always been slicker and quicker and this would be another welcome upgrade. But I hate to say it but this latest installment isn't exactly a more forward in regards to being fluid/user friendly.
Anyone else using Firefox tried the new version?

I'm using FF4. seems to be good so far, took a little bit of getting used to though.

I like the way the tabs are displayed, using the wasted space, seems to be a bit quicker too?

I'm not a big fan of the small refresh / stop button though. Still waiting for a few add ons to update aswell

Also the MicroSoft Office style menu bugs me a bit, but i haven't been the biggest fan of that since it came out.

I did a bit of reading on it and decided to re-install it and give it another go.

The TAB keys for me are better where they were so when I realised I could change them back I did it in a flash and the small refresh icon is a pain-in-the-ass.

Small refresh button is very easy to get over, F5 button will refresh.

The refresh/stop button can be put back to normal buttons if you want.

If you right-click refresh and then 'Customize...' you'll see the refresh and stop buttons are actually still buttons. They only become part of the address bar if both are immediately to the right of the address bar (and in order - refresh, then stop). Yeah so just move them, or put a flexible space in between/before them, or even just swap their positions and they'll stay as buttons.

May be an easier way to do it? Was just something I came across accidentally.

What's annoying me the most with FF4 is that they've moved the:

Right Click --> Open Link In New Tab and Right Click --> Open Link In New Window

options around and I keep misclicking. It's so frustrating.

That's in OSX anyway. Not sure about Windows.

Probably because New Tab is now used more than New Window. I understand that logic, but Chrome and Safari both have New Tab second on the list. Grr....
