You do realise that a temperature of 25+ could possibly lead to my demise? My disease prevents my body automatically regulating my temperature by not being able to sweat. I can overheat like an old Holden.

I never thought that I'd ever hear a former AFL coach being referred to as Miss as just seen on the news. I had forgotten about the former Dean Laidley's (now Dani) circumstances. I just can't imagine what life must have been for her. Hopefully the future will be better.

Been pretty bad. Even the step kids have it now. First time ever and have it shockingly. Myself have been sneezing heaps, and eyes get itchy at around 7pm onwards. Been about a month now. Had itchy mouth the first time his week

Chill day today i think. Air con, read, a little tv (JJ). Definitely feeling tho fking hayfever symptoms- had my windows opened last night to get the cool breeze in. Next min- hayfever. Yeah ill take no cool air >>> hf anyday. The effect was almost instant as soon as the windows were closed i was fine

Yeah, same. Walking with a mask = fine. Sitting outside after dinner = instant hf.
Also, Clarityne is awesome.

I was on "Allegro" in the USA- BEST ever hayfever meds i ever had. I looked online i think the equiv we have here is Zyrtec.

But that doesnt do much either for me here- must be cause of different trees/plants ie different pollens.

I found USA have higher dosage options for many off the shelf & over the counter meds.

Not shocked at all at that.

But trust me it was awesome- had to take it twice a day with food. So breakfast and dinner. Was a complete 100% cure for my hayfever over there.
