I woke up an hour ago, but it takes about 50 minutes to actually get ready for the day. I have to go back to bed for half an hour after taking my heart pill. I then do some leg exercises so I can actually walk, then attend to my "toilette"(a term used in my favourite movie 'Friendly Persuasion")

Lifetime Movie looks like a good one today. Don't think I've seen it. It was released after I moved back here.

How's your asthma today? I heard it is supposed to be a high pollen day. I'm not going out today. I am so sore after walking the past two days, I'm feeling about 90. I have papers for passport and super to fill out today. I hate doing paperwork.
