I normally don't have any sauce on my steak if I make it at home. (I have two of those Aldi $5 steaks in my freezer). I like garlic and the garlic butter wasn't too strong.The veggies were really nicely done.Garlic butter
The only time i changed that side one time, was to a tomato relish. Omfg... like the best tomato relish you will ever taste.
But otherwise GB is my go to.
The steak was more medium than medium rare. I like it with just a bit of blood. I'm always afraid that if I order medium it will be done too much to my liking. Best steak I've had was at a steak restaurant at our local casino. It was spongeworthy.And medium rare steak.
If you do not prefer medium rare steak, you are doing it wrong.
