Garlic butter :thumbsupv1:

The only time i changed that side one time, was to a tomato relish. Omfg... like the best tomato relish you will ever taste.

But otherwise GB is my go to.
I normally don't have any sauce on my steak if I make it at home. (I have two of those Aldi $5 steaks in my freezer). I like garlic and the garlic butter wasn't too strong.The veggies were really nicely done.

And medium rare steak.

If you do not prefer medium rare steak, you are doing it wrong.
The steak was more medium than medium rare. I like it with just a bit of blood. I'm always afraid that if I order medium it will be done too much to my liking. Best steak I've had was at a steak restaurant at our local casino. It was spongeworthy. :)

Im the opposite.

I like my steak medium rare, but def more on the rare side than the medium side. The bloodier the better.
