Actually one thing I'll give the Devil even though he can be annoying (hence the name) and knocked off god knows how many mice over the years he has never hurt anything he's not supposed to. Zero birds or lizards. Also never ever leaves the yard.

Sometimes I miss having a cat but don't want another one

I freaking love cats- but these are the reasons thats stopped me:

- cost (esp vet bills)
- fur around the place
- kitty litter tray that'll have to go in the bathroom (no other place for it)
- would have to srsly make the apartment safe- it is really easy to turn on the stove.
- i have lots of glass stuff around the place, glass coffee tables, glass dining table + other breakables and the big TV not fixed to anything

Thats about it.

Otherwise i would, i love them alot.

Id love ppl to just give me a cat for a few days. Same with dogs even, i could stand either for a few days, then id happily hand them back over.

Flatmate with the dog was the best, can muck around with them as much as you want but they still hold all the responsibility.

Cats are easy to look after anyway.

Went through the wardrobe assessing what pants I have for the cooler weather and looked at a pair of black chinos I bought last year. Never been worn and in the plastic bag they came in still somehow have strands of cat fur on them.
