We had 34 on Sunday but yesterday and this week it's like back to winter.

In summer it's good but when you aren't used of it it's a bit much. Did get slightly burnt last week, this is about the only time of the year I let my guard down as latter I always continually put sunscreen on and get a tan.

It's glorious here. Spring & autumn are my favourite seasons.

Spring has always been my most hated due to Hayfever.

But its pretty much under control now..

Autumn of course is the best season. Spring temps without the wind, rain or pollen

Does it make you really lethargic? That's what I found getting it bad for the first time in a while, medicine controls a lot of the other symptoms though pretty well.

Basically all the symptoms of a kind of head cold, except itchy throat instead of sore... tired af.

No "aches and pains" like a cold or flu tho.

A loaded bloke like you could afford to leave the air con all night though! Me I can't quite justify the cost and it's in the dining area anyway.

I keep the air con on all night only on the 30s temps
