I remember a ginger cat coming over to my old place where I used to live. Would be friendly as pie, until suddenly for no reason whatsoever would start hissing at me.

It did that twice, then all bets were off. Told it to **** off and completely ignored it after that.

Ginger cats were everywhere around here when I was a kid (mine was called Freckles) now they are almost rare.

Opposite with black cats, I always wanted one as a kid because they were unusual yet now they are everywhere.
