What is the issue with bread/pizza? Is it the flour?Just got back from a neurologist appt at St Vincent's. Some good news and some bad news. My illness hasn't developed into Parkinson's. My cognitive functions seem to be OK. However, my digestive tract needs attention.
I'm supposed to have breakfast every day instead of waiting to eat at about 1 or 2pm. Also need to cut down use of bread including pizza. No more family size pizza on the weekend. I can have a slice per day, but not the size I usually get on the weekend. Also she suggested more salads for lunch instead of my usual sandwich. I just wish they sold Hidden Valley Ranch dressing here.
I also have to restart the exercises I started three years with a physio. Ugh. At least the neurologist is satisfied that my illness hasn't really progressed since my last visit six months ago.
Oh, well,could be worse.
