Europe is so dodgy.My brother got pickpocketed in Rome while on the metro train. 160 euros(AU$284), credit and debit cards. I've seen on YouTube how rife pickpocketers are in Europe. I told him he should visit Padua and pray at the tomb of St Anthony, the Patron Saint of lost things. He thinks that visiting St Peter's Basilica was the reason, since he's not really a practising Catholic anymore. Punished by God.
A friend was in Spain and her hand was slashed when they tried to steal her bag. She has a scar to remind her.
A work colleague was on a beach, (it might have been Italy), and he noticed a dodgy guy. He placed the handle of a bag around the chair leg to keep it safe. Unfortunately when he was distracted by his kids, the guy somehow stole the bag!

I just had a Macca's hamburger and cheeseburger for lunch, left over from yesterday. Both were free - Cheeseburger for International Cheeseburger Day and hamburger from my expiring points. I also got a McArch which I had yesterday. I thought I'd get one before the promotion ends.
I never watched Jimmy Kimmel back home, but the implied power that got him suspended is very scary for the idea of free speech and the fear of the government becoming involved in personal vendettas. I am sooooo glad I left, never to return.

Sorry Cats and Hawks, but I'm switching over to SBS World Movies at 8:30pm to watch "No Country for Old Men". That film always give me the heebie-jeebies.

I've gone to the footy and at Richmond station there was a huge banner advertising the McArch. There were other McDonald's banners on the other platforms so maybe they sponsor Richmond station now

I last had a McDonalds burger about 10 years ago. They are sooo bad.

I haven't had McDonald's since 1999 or 2000. Never had Hungry Jacks.
Don't go there anymore but their burgers are a lot better and actually an OK size.
