I haven't been feeling well the past few days. Trying not to have another hospital visit.

Another lazy day. I stayed up to watch church services and didn't get to sleep until around 4am. Woke up before my 9:20am alarm and Mepacs reminder. Fell back to sleep until noon. I'll be walking down to pick up my dinner today since it's so nice out. Haircut, urine and blood tests on Thursday. Looks like I'll be watching Master Chef. Nothing else much on.

The souffle pancakes looked yum. I've never heard of them before.

I hate looking at all of the delicious food and then looking at what I'm eating. Tonight bangers and mash with peas and kale. Could be worse, I guess.

They're installing air conditioning in the living room as mandated by the government. I have a dual system in my bedroom which heats/cools my unit, even the living room, when I keep the bedroom door open. It might be turned off with the new living room system. I wouldn't mind both. Then I could switch on whichever I needed where. The units which have living room a/c only will remain the same. Government rules, like having the two burner stove top added in the kitchenette. I haven't used mine yet. It takes up a lot of counter space but I've been able to cope.

I would assume that the living room unit will also cool down the bedroom. But maybe you can request to keep the bedroom unit because of your health issues?

If there's room in my back courtyard I should be able to have both. I chose my unit since it had the bedroom a/c. I didn't use the cooling at night over the summer. Didn't really need it.

Had a Telehealth call from my GP today as planned. It seems I've been taking my pain meds wrong. The original prescription had me taking two pills at night if I could tolerate one pill. GP said no, one at night one 12 hours after. The new prescription says that. Looks like the chemist typed the wrong thing on the original prescription and I was following that. I don't know if it's worth taking it since my knee pain is almost like it was before the cortisone shot that only lasted about a month. I blame my bad knees on coaching Years 7 and 8 basketball in the 70s and 80s. I had to walk up and down outside of the court all game.
