I'm currently going through all the draft articles written on the AFL website, and I reckon Lennon should pay Twomey a stipend every month once he starts earning money from footy.

Aish looked very timid against the bigger bodies in the SANFL grand final though like you say his shoulders appear to be on his mind. His disposal is very good though, best in the draft.

What do you mean by disposal, disposal in close? Or disposal in space? In space, Aish is a good kick, in close, he is prone to panicking or rushing his disposal, and his vision around contests isn't great. I've seen him being compared to Penblebury before, he's like Pendlebury outside, but Pendlebury is much better inside, both dealing with physical contact, and being able to spot up targets.

Really warming to Lennon, those last few games at TAC cup level this year sort of diminished my doubts of his midfield potential, cant figure out those testing results though.

Maybe - this article may be on to something - Lennon, a half-forward, impressed during his week training at Richmond in January as part of his AIS-AFL Academy scholarship.

I'm really warming to the idea of Lennon. Obviously a good distributor going inside 50 is a need. Having someone who can also pluck contested marks and finish well, both from set shots and snaps off the ground etc, would be a good fit for us. I'm still keen on adding genuine midfielders and love the look of Sheed and Salem but don't think they will make it through. Having A Edwards gives us time to get Lennon AFL ready and he looks to have the frame be a serious unit. Maybe a cross between Stevie J, Goddard and Darling?

Heard this morning that Lions and Collingwood are having a very strong look at Lennon and Freeman is almost a lock for Melbourne @ 9. Wonder if that means Salem will slide?

Yes we need a good classy one, king is shit don't no why people rate him so highly.

Lennon isn't that kind of small forward he is more like a lids or martin when they play forward.

The reason King is important isn't so much for what he can do but for the leadership and direction he provides to the forwards. When he doesn't play our forward structure goes to crap. Although i think you underrate his efforts sometimes, he puts a lot of pressure on and bobs up with a goal or two.

King is not a shit player as you put it, he is a player that has made the most of his abilities & gives 100% on the field. Can we improve on a player suck as King, the answer would be yes. He has played his role at the club, when we have struggled. Yet the position he plays for the club needs to be upgraded so we can continue the rise up the ladder. So it is up to the kids coming through to take this position from him.
