Our first round pick will be pick 13 I think. What do you want to use it on? Do we want a tall forward, tall defender, perhaps a small crumbing forward or a midfielder? Any preference?
Personally I'd like to take a marking forward maybe around 190cm. Someone who has a little more height than Brad Green and Russell Robertson who can provide us with another target up there.
We are at a stage where we probably should wait on a tall defender. Now Chris Lamb has come on we seem to be quite strong down there with Nicho, Ellis, Broady and Molan all on the list.
Small crumbing players are handy, and I reckon there will be some bargains later in the draft in this area. There are so many 170 -175cm players around so I wouldn't use a first round pick on one of them.
Midfielder, well maybe one more would be handy. We won't get one of the gun midfielders by pick 13, but I guess we could take someone very handy still who has plenty of potential.
