The carlton website says that as of today (11th april London 12 hours behind your good selves) Fisher is 3 weeks away.

Is this merely carltons lacklustre website performance, or is this in fact the truth. POX if it is.

Could someone find out on this one and let us know.

How valuable has this bloke become since Deluca has replaced him.

Was 3 weeks away last week, so SHOULD be 2 weeks away now.

Also note Waite & Lappin are listed as test- ? in doubt.

Thought he would be back for hte game after sydney. Strange how there is no info on this anywhere ?

Fisher has done a hamstring.

Clubs used to go by the rule of 21 days for a hamstring, and then the golden rule was, when it's ready give it another week.

Fisher should be right to go for Round 5 for sure. It would be slightly risky you'd think if he played in Round 4 as the last thing you'd want if for him to tear the hamstring again.

Fox Footy had it as 2-1 weeks at this point. Then again I've seen Lappin listed as anything from a hamstring to a groin problem in various places.

Waite will have a test on a quad injury apparently.

surly we can win a few of the up coming games? like collingwood, hawthorn richmond, and maby sydney break the loosing streak againt the swans
were due to beat the swans :)

According to Pagan after the match in Perth, Lappin had "tweaked" a groin and would be assessed in Melbourne on Sunday. I'd say he's 50/50 to play. As for Waite, he finished the game, so I would expect him to play.

As for Fisher, i'd give him an extra week to recover, so perhaps two-three more weeks for Brad

Was at the Bullants Coburg game and Fisher sat right infront of me. He said he will miss 2 more weeks and MOST LIKELY play for 1 week in the VFL.

He is a vital part of the time but he doesnt need to be risked, let him fully recove and dominate the comp.

Will be a lot harder without two of our main players in Waite and Lappin if they miss any of the games.

Throw in Fisher to that injury list.

Everyone thanks for the input. Fingers crossed on skinny and waite. If these boys are out and we beat Sydney Im gonna need a little lie down.

Could see some BIG call ups (nudge nudge wink wink)

dont see the point of bringing fisher back through the VFL - think he is good enough to walk straight back in - even if its as a permanant forward pocket (ie not allowed outside the forward 50) and for 1/2 a game - he would offer us more there than the next alternative atm

im hoping fisher will be in by rnd 4! we need another target up forward ay? if he can kick 4 goals a game:)
