Seriously, if MJ is on anything but a base contract, we are idiots. I've said it before and been pilloried for it - but the boy has made dumb life choices. Dumb person, dumb footballer and he's treated the club like a charity. And we've paid for it, by and large.

I sometimes get frustrated with him too, but must every thread be turned into a whinge session about MJ.

He is a legend around Freo and I personally have him right up there with Pav, Sandi, Mundy etc. - but his longevity is what I love the most

He and McPharlin seem to have turned back the clock and neither seem to have lost much pace etc.

Pity Haddril had all those injures that forced him to retire otherwise we'd have 3 gun KPP backmen!
