any foreign hip-hop is worth a trundle for the language. naturally you get the autotuned, over-produced within an inch of its life, faux hip-hop/r&b shit within each country's respective music scene.



ajs nigrutin is some serbian hip-hop i've stumbled across



jucifer, one of my favorite bands who also cover all sorts of territory. american band but a couple of their songs with french lyrics. this year put out a concept album based on the battle of stalingrad, has cyrillic song titles but as far as i can tell (death metal vocals), no russian lyrics apart from some narration.

That is a very good release. Other Lugubrum stuff got me a bit disappointed after hearing this first. But still Ok.

Have been into late 60s early 70s asian psych. Ros Sereysothea was a huge star in Cambodia in the 60s. Unfortunately she was forcibly married to a one of Pol Pot's assistants and it is believed she was killed sometime in the mid 70s
