Look its ok...

A few in there are inconsistent at best...

But this could be the year they turn it around...

No rookies?

I could put hansen and rioli on the field but that would just mean I would have to take out another rookie from the centre or backline which i dont see the point to.

now now guys, sounds like Richmond fans are getting a little uppity about calling Deledio weak...

c'mon guys, I more than expected the Hawk fans to get up and shout... way more than I thought you guys would...

Besides, it was a bit of a joke in there... I mean, what's an extra 70k when you're spending $2,729,100 on 5 players... (over a quarter of the salary cap!) :D

By the way, what have you got against the Quince? He did me great last year!

His graph is still tracking upwards, heck he's what, 25 now? he'll be hitting his peak for the next few years.

He's got the same accuracy problems as Buddy, but makes up for it by getting a lot more of the pill.

He put on a huge game over the weekend.

What more could you want?

seriously, no-one mentions Boo about him on these boards, and yet he just keeps getting better and better... ;)

Too many risky players in that lot.Brown never starts well and is best left to pick up later on and if Deledio plays a fair bit up forward will struggle to get big scores.Franklin only fires once every 4-5 weeks and is far too inconsistant

Brown actually starts pretty decent

Go back to the last 2 years and have a look at his early season games and i think you will find he didnt get going until about round 5

Last season he had a slow preseason. Then you look at 2006. Apart from the first game, he started on fire. Averaging well over 130 from games 2-5. Had a sydney game, then racked up 262 in round 7.

If they are risky, then how about u run me through non risky players up forward!

What are people's thoughts on Deledio this year? At 490K he aint exactly a bargain but can potentially improve. I prefer him to Brown, and with Hall a risky choice I just can't see any other alternatives around that price.

I wouldve thought that would be easy for you to work out but i am not going to divulge any info on who you should pick as i dont want to give to much away so youll have to work it out for yourself

Here is my two cents richo1982. This applies to all sections but perhaps forwards especially. Players are priced based on their 2007 averages so except for players returning from long term injuries or rookies there are no 'bargains' based on the price.

However some players average consistently with little deviation from their average. These are also the players that don't really drop in value during the season. Then there are those that can hit 150 one week and then 50 the next week. Risky in the sense that you don't know what you will get in any given day.

It depends what you're trying to do with your team. Some players like having risky players in the hope they will become consistent or to give their team that 'X' factor. Others like to play it consistent and safe.

Hope that helps.

I don't put too much into Super Coach but I like to check to see how I'm going....

O'Keefe
T Cloke
Porpleyzia
J Reidwoldt
N Krakouer (PA)
Tippett
Rioli (Haw)
Jetta
M Motlop (PA)

Looked ok but not 100% as living in Hunter Valley of NSW you don't get the coverage and I'm relying on outside stuff
Any help would be appreciated or advice / criticsms / praises!!
