After all the cr*p that has been written about Fossie over in RWO I was starting to believe some of it. The lad can play. Maybe there are some others we should have given a year off if that's the way they come back!

Go Fossie - your team needs you. (And can you ask your mate Schaubs to hit the Grecian 2000 and turn up, too.) If our midfield is going to go missing then it'd be nice if Leo and B2 had some good company to defend against endless attacks.

he played well, kick 2 goals after coming str8 from the bench. I'll take credit for the first one after giving him a talking too , from behind the I/chg bench!!! ;)

Also could see why he was in the side ahead of schneider!!

I think Fozzie likes the MCG. IIRC he picked up 3 Brownlow votes in
the last game of the 2003 season against Melbourne which was played at
the G. Same game that MOL got injured in the dying minutes.

Then I wish he could pass on that attitude to his teammates!

He did get the 3 votes in that 2003 game at the MCG, and ruined Goodes' outright Brownlow chance!!!

Cool he increased his trade value. Awesome.

Right now there's about a dozen players in front of him in terms of trade bait - he was a lot more useful than a Brownlow medallist, for one. And an underperforming bald forward who can't kick goals and didn't chase the ball after he was constantly foiled.

Erm... one good game does not a season make.

What players from other clubs would want some of our rubbish? Fossie would be near the top for trade bait... he has some value and isnt essential to the team structure... but could change that over the next month.

Fosdike was offered for trade bait last year by both himself and the club - no-one wanted him.

Not true. Adelaide were interested but not in the size of his contract.
