Framing the newspaper posters

Not something we've had to think about for some time really.. but anyone have any recommendations for what to do with the posters from yesterdays papers?

I'm afraid to laminate it, as those things suck and might chew it up. Not sure if the full on expense of a frame is warranted as it's probably not a standard sized so will probably cost a mint.

Maybe block mounting?

I really want to put one up on the office wall. The team photo in The Age was great.

Newsprint fades, laminating will stop that (as ugly as it can look).

yeah good call. sounds like laminating and a frame will be the way to go.

I purchased the block mounted one from the herald sun online shop yesterday and might drop past weg world today and see if they have any framed copies

You're talking about the herald sun team photo spread?

I've been wondering the same thing. It's a weird paper site though. I'd assume the only way to laminate it would be to manually do it with a roll of laminate but I'd wonder if that's big enough either

Yeah I ordered a block mounted copy of the Premiership poster (the Mark Knight one), but want to preserve the team poster from Sunday's Age newspaper.

I'll fish around, there's a few framing stores nearby..
