I can't quite see why our recruiters rated him so highly from those highlights but he did play 5 games this year in the premiership side, so he must have some talent. I'm hoping he follows the trajectory of Lincoln McCarthy, another small forward who struggled to get an AFL game at Geelong.

It does seem strange that we kept McEntee when we knew we getting Evans though.

Mccarthy only struggled because 9 out of 10 weeks he was injured.

You can never have too many physically ungifted spud small forwards on the list. It's the true Port Adelaide tradition. And it's not enough to just have em either, you gotta play them. The worse their stats are post game, they better they played. Just having such a useless bastard in your forward line puts the willies up the oppo defenders.
