mate, that derby on the weekend was one of the best games iv ever seen.

very high skills, very tough, fast, no side giving an inch.

i walked out of subi after the first derby in 2001 with my head bowed. i knew neither side was going to beat anybody that year. a terrible, terrible game. i was in for a tough season, and i knew it. out of 44 games, my teams won 7 that year. 16th and 14th

this year, i think the eagles could well be top 4 and press for a premiership, and if freo can find some consistency, they will do the same.

its a good year to be me

to me, until SOO comes back, the ultimate phrase in football is "all-west australian grand final"

(admittedly "essendon, carlton and collingwood bottom 4" is good too)

I'm dissappointed so far but Freo has been up for a few weeks and they have been big weeks too (sirengate, derby).

Freo look very flat. No where near the aggression that we had in Tassie.

Need to turn it around but do we have it left in the tank?

Melbourne has been the better side and deserve their lead btw.

I don't get the Dockers. 2 weeks in a row they beat arguably the 2 best teams in the competition in St.Kilda and WCE then they get cained by a mediocre team like Melbourne? I have a lot of respect for Freo but boy I'd be angry if I was a die hard Docker supporter, it must be so frustrating!!
