We've run out games quite well of late too and Carlton played a very, very high intensity in the first half. If we're good enough we can do it but still just abysmal we're in this situation to begin with

Two dumbarse pieces of play that quarter:

• Bolton's dribble kick
• That kick out from Ryan.

Without those pieces of play we're in front. Simple as that.

Don't think we played that much better, it was more Carlton started missing shots.

Yeah Carlton running out of steam and finally playing like their squad was expected to. That knee injury to O'Farrell has really disrupted their back half tall mobility, Weitering isn't sure who to go to or who to cover.

Convesrely McKay hasn't done much so far, if he gets hot and Cripps steps up they may still stretch us.

Talent wise this is one of the worst Carlton teams we've played in 15 years.
Hasn't stopped them from being hard at it and exposing us for three quarters though...

Probably just a bit too slow to act/react to be truly decisive but he has halved or won most of his contests in the second half.
