Thanks Mate still only allowed to do limited rehab atm, anyway had it done at Murdoch Hospital, not 100% on the specifics or the extent of the dame but as far i know after dislocating it twice and I had torn the entire ligament off the bone, had to get 5 anchor points which is more than the average of 3 i hear. I'm not sure its appropriate to post my surgeons name up on a forum so I'll keep that to myself

Yep. :thumbsu:

Chris Judd had 2 shoulder reconstructions before he was 18, doesn't appear to have hindered his football career at all. ;)

Judd's not a marking player though. He couldn't take an overhead mark if he was sitting on Sandi's shoulders.

As long as it's not Dr Nick Riviera, then that sounds like a good policy.

i play ressies footy now and to be honest i pop my shoulder once every couple of weeks and other than the pain of it going out, it is easy to manage. i have lost count but thinkn i have dislocated my right shoulder over 30 times now... including while bedding the missus ;)..... you can definetly play on with a shoddy shoulder, but with the young boys like fyfe these days, it is better to get sorted earlier

Well, yeah, because you start doing other damage. You'd rather not be heading towards a shoulder replacement later on in life, or at least be delaying it.
