It seems that the problem with the zone type game plan may not be sustainable long term. Whilst if everything goes right it, it works extremely well, but one would question the viability long term.
Hawks were dominant with their zone in 08, and have fallen apart since.
The Saints have been there for 2-3 years and have yet to win a flag.
The pies are awesome this year, but will be limited by the interchange. Further Mick was explaining that the twos were struggling with this game plan, as it is too exhausting. it will be interesting to see how the pies back up after a short pre-season.
Maybe just maybe we don't need to sack everyone, and tank. The quality will play according to plan and win us another flag.
