General Admission at SCG

Hi

a friend of mine who is on holiday in Australia from Slovenia is going to make it to the SCG on Sunday for the game. Is there normally any hassle with getting a walk up ticket against Port ?

Also, I told him that if he offers someone to buy them a beer then they would normally be happy to explain what is going on (I won't use the obvious Sydney joke ) so if some tall Slovenian guy offers to buy you a beer, be nice to him.... even if he is pretending to be a Port supporter.

Shouldn't have a problem getting a walkup ticket. Mind you, it's 20 years since I have had to buy a day ticket for the SCG, but I'd be amazed if it was a sellout.

They've added a few more seats so I think this year buying GA tickets shouldn't be a hassle but its a bit risky me thinks. Better get in early.

Early would be my best advice. I was there for the cricket and while they have added a few more seats, unless a lot of work has been done in the last 6 weeks, it's still way, way down on capacity.

Generally they will always have tix regardless of whether it's a sellout or not.. usually they're just single seats..
