Now that Bomber Thompson is looking for employment, we should make him director of coaching. He has fond memories of North Melbourne having worked with us in a former life. He brings premiership experience. Media love him. Sponsors love him. And he needs a chance to redeem himself and show the AFL who's boss. We should do this.
 
Give him a 30k sign-on bonus.
 
I'm not sure if this is a pisstake or not...anything *essendon related can stay the **** away from our club. Don't see the fuss in all honesty. I could have coached Geelong to premierships

Also, now that the Weapon has been completely exonerated on account of the pay off by *, we should add him to our fitness and conditioning staff. Maybe even replace Steve Saunders who has done bugger-all to get Tarrant and Curren right.
 
I think Bomber is great but wouldn't be a good fit for us.

Lets cut to the chase - is he an experienced barrista? If so, I have a plan.
 
Did anyone else ever hear him speak to the players at 1/4 or 3/4 time breaks when he was coaching our ressies?

Still to this day, I have no idea how he became a premiership coach. He was a terrible talker/communicator at that stage of his coaching career. Then again, we were blessed with witnessing one of the greats in Pagan, so comparisons weren't quite fair.
 
I can see a *sympathy for north thread appearing if we recruited *bomber as part of our coaching panel.

Get him to be acting barista at the coffee cart until we get the cafe established? What if he doesn't want to leave when we finally get the real McCoy?

Well, sure, you say this, but has anyone ever noticed the phenomenon where lots of blokes who wear opposition jumpers all tend to look the same? We know Basil Zempilas agrees. Seriously though, the merged names/personalities happens for me. Took me years to work out Joel Corey and Corey Enright were different people. Some of those 2000 *bombers looked alike too.

Don't think that would be a problem. I'm more worried about making sure he doesn't add any extras to the coffee.
