its the cycle you gave meyou're running rack presses for this cycle? not a good idea, too much nervous system fatigue as they require more neural drive then regular up and down reps...
I hit a wall with this one after 7 weeks, so I guess you mean pegging it back every 7 weeks?easiest way to get strong and you actually hold the strength for longer...you could do this weekly for sure, not just for 40 days
