Getting a UK Visa

I returned from the UK in october last year and was set on returning this week to start my new job. Opened a letter this morning stating that my visa has been rejected due to a 65 pound infringement against my name aka tax evasion! I called immigration and was told an interview for my case has been set up for march 27th. Since hearing the news i've spoken to my employer overseas to learn I’ll lose my job if this is the case. This is a job I’ve been building my WHOLE career around and am willing to try any avenue to get the hearing pushed forward. Has anybody else had similar problems or have any advice?

Contact the UK High Commission in Canberra.

Also try one of the bigger UK tour companies, although they may ask for a fee.

Tried contacting UK high commission but no luck. Pretty stiff loosing a job setting you up for life over 65 pound
